West Hants Pride Parade will take place on June 6, 2026. Vendor spaces will be set up at the Windsor Waterfront near the gazebo, at the end of the parade route. The event will take place rain or shine.

Requirements

  • Equipment: Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table, chairs, and display materials

  • Approval process: Applications will be reviewed to ensure they align with the values of West Hants Pride. 

  • Confirmation: Approved vendors will receive a confirmation email with setup details and timelines.

  • Weather: This is an outdoor event and will take place rain or shine.
