Vendor Applications Now Open!

West Hants Pride Parade will be on July 5, 2025. Vendor spaces will be set up at the Windsor Waterfront near the gazebo, right at the end of the parade route. The event will be rain or shine. 

Requirements

• Equipment: Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table, chairs, and display materials

• Approval process: All vendor submissions will be reviewed to ensure they align with West Hants Pride's values. 

• Confirmation: Approved vendors will receive a confirmation email with full setup details and timelines.
